WRESTLING TRAINING & PRACTICE LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS

This Waiver and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned

individual ("Participant") in favor of GameHouse Training Center, its owners, operators,

employees, agents, and independent contractors (collectively,

"GameHouse"), as well as the

owners of the property where GameHouse operates (the "Property Owners").

By entering the facility and participating in any wrestling training, sparring, drills, conditioning, or

any other physical activity at GameHouse, the Participant hereby agrees to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

The Participant acknowledges that wrestling and associated training activities involve inherent

risks of physical injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations,

concussions, and other serious bodily harm. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks,

whether known or unknown, and accepts full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages

that may result from participation.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

The Participant expressly agrees that GameHouse Training Center, its owners, employees,

contractors, affiliates, and the Property Owners shall not be held liable for any injuries,

losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in activities conducted on the

premises.

This includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from:

● Physical contact with other participants

● Use of equipment or facilities

● Negligence by other participants or bystanders

● Accidental slips, falls, or unforeseen facility conditionsThe Participant hereby waives, releases, and discharges GameHouse and the Property

Owners from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liability arising from

participation in any activity at the facility.

3. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GameHouse and the Property Owners

from any claims brought by or on behalf of the Participant or any third party, including legal fees,

arising from the Participant’s actions, negligence, or injuries incurred while using the facility.

4. Medical Fitness

The Participant affirms that they are physically fit to engage in wrestling-related activities and

that they have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

5. Binding Effect

This Agreement shall be binding upon the Participant and their heirs, assigns, personal

representatives, and next of kin. If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the

remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & SIGNATURE (Required for All Participants)

I, the undersigned, have read this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement in full. I understand

its contents and agree to its terms voluntarily and without reservation. I acknowledge that I am

giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue GameHouse Training Center and the

Property Owners for injuries or damages that may occur.
